ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order, unless of coarse the items in the order has already shipped. Standard order processing takes approximately 24 hours after payment is received. Upon cancellation, SRG will send you a cancellation confirmation email and refund the account which the order was made. We will only refund the account the order was made with. If the item you ordered is on backorder or unexpectedly is out of stock, SRG will contact you about the order status. You may either continue or cancel your order at any time during the backorder time period. RETURN POLICY If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, you will be instructed to complete an RMA request to have your order returned. The restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. SRG may waive the restocking fee upon certain circumstances.
